1 General Terms and Acceptance

3 Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You must not share your account credentials with any third party. bet jail will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials. 3.3 One Account Policy

Each player is entitled to hold exactly one registered account on bet jail. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bet jail reserves the right to close all accounts associated with the individual concerned, cancel any outstanding bets, and withhold any bonus funds or winnings generated from duplicate accounts.

3.4 KYC Documentation

Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

bet jail reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if:

• Your account has not completed KYC verification.
• The withdrawal amount includes bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements.
• There are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
• There is a pending investigation relating to your account.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on bet jail are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). bet jail does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Players are responsible for any conversion fees charged by their payment provider when funding their account from a foreign-currency source.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

bet jail offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general Terms.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds awarded by bet jail are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. 5.2 Bonus Abuse

bet jail monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk, or withdrawing bonus funds before wagering requirements are met. Where bonus abuse is detected, bet jail reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, and to close the account.

5.3 Promotional Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry period, after which any unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically. Expiry dates are communicated at the time of the bonus award and are visible in your account dashboard. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

5.4 Seasonal Promotions

bet jail may offer special promotions tied to seasonal events relevant to Bangladesh, including but not limited to BPL (Bangladesh Premier League) cricket season, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Eid, and other cultural occasions. These promotions are time-limited and subject to their own individual terms.

6 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on bet jail, you agree to use the Service in good faith and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following conduct:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point thereafter.
• Registering more than one account, or allowing another person to register an account in your name.
• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the Service.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the bet jail platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other activity that compromises the integrity of any sporting event.

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any other player's account or to bet jail's backend systems.

bet jail reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these obligations and to take any action it deems appropriate, including suspending or permanently closing the offending account, voiding related bets and winnings, and reporting the matter to relevant authorities.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the bet jail platform — including but not limited to the bet jail brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bet jail or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the bet jail platform.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the platform's content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software used in the Service.
• Use the bet jail brand name or logo in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without prior written consent.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is subject to their own licensing arrangements with bet jail.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your bet jail account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closing your account, please ensure that you have withdrawn any available balance. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

bet jail reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player without prior contact with bet jail support.
• Failure to comply with a KYC documentation request within the specified time frame.
• Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same individual.

Where an account is closed by bet jail due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be withheld pending investigation. bet jail will notify the affected player by email to the address registered on the account.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to restrict their own access to the bet jail platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. 9 Limitation of Liability

• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or from your own negligence.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to adequately protect your credentials.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, bet jail's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your bet jail account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Amendments to These Terms

bet jail reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bet jail will notify registered players by email to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the bet jail Service after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Service and may request account closure as described in Section 8.1 above.
